What we cover
Six kinds of work, practised on yours.
- 01
Research
Asking better questions, checking sources, and separating what the model knows from what it guessed. - 02
Document analysis
Contracts, policies, tenders and reports: summaries, comparisons and question-and-answer against the text — with page references you verify. - 03
Professional writing
Proposals, client emails and reports that sound like your company, using examples and style notes rather than generic prompts. - 04
Spreadsheets & data
Cleaning, summarizing and charting data from exports, and checking the arithmetic instead of trusting it. - 05
Structured workflows
Projects, custom instructions and saved prompts so recurring tasks run the same way for everyone. - 06
Agentic tools, where available
Handing over multi-step tasks to ChatGPT Work or Claude Cowork, and deciding which steps still need a person.
Agentic features
ChatGPT Work and Claude Cowork.
Both vendors now offer modes where the assistant carries out a longer task on its own and hands back finished work. They are useful, and they need more care than a chat window.
OpenAI
ChatGPT Work
An agent inside ChatGPT for longer, multi-step tasks. It can research, work across connected apps and files, and create documents, spreadsheets, presentations and reports, while you follow progress and approve important actions. Scheduled tasks can repeat work on a timetable.
Anthropic
Claude Cowork
Claude’s agentic mode for non-coding knowledge work. It works in the files and tools you choose, shows each step it takes, and returns finished documents, spreadsheets or research for review. Tasks can be scheduled.
What we teach about them
- Which tasks are worth delegating, and which are faster done yourself.
- What to connect — and what to keep out of reach.
- How to review agent output before it reaches a client.
Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings. Descriptions based on OpenAI and Anthropic documentation, checked October 2026.
Safe use
Rules first, then habits.
Every session includes the practical rules that keep a business out of trouble. We help you write them down if you don’t have them yet.
- Use business accounts with admin controls, not personal sign-ups, for company work.
- Know which information is approved for which tool — and what never goes in.
- Check facts, figures and citations before anything leaves the building.
- A named person is responsible for every AI-assisted document that’s sent.
Questions
ChatGPT and Claude training questions.
Should we standardize on ChatGPT or Claude?
It depends on your work and your other systems. Both handle writing and analysis well. We look at what your staff already use, the data controls on each business plan, and how each fits with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, then recommend — sometimes the answer is to keep Copilot and add nothing.
Is it safe to put company documents into ChatGPT or Claude?
It depends on the plan and settings. Business and enterprise plans offer different data commitments and admin controls from personal accounts. Training covers what your organization has approved and what should stay out entirely.
Do you also train teams on Google Gemini?
Yes. For organizations on Google Workspace, Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet is often the natural place to start.
Bring the tasks your team repeats every week.
We’ll show you how they look with ChatGPT or Claude — and whether either is the right tool for them.
