Artic AI does not use SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns. If we send an SMS, it is limited to an operational or transactional purpose connected to a request, appointment, account, service, or notification you expect.

Mobile numbers, message content, consent records, and delivery data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared with messaging and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and operate the service.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

Some service providers may process information outside your province or country, where it may be subject to local laws.

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
