AI Training · Edmonton, Alberta

AI training your team will actually use.

Practical, human-led sessions built on real workplace tasks — your documents, your inboxes, your spreadsheets. We teach the tools you have or are considering, from Microsoft Copilot to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and we’re honest about what they can’t do.

Training formats

Five formats. Each one customized.

Pick one, combine several, or let us recommend a sequence after a short conversation.

01

AI Essentials Workshop

Introduction to AI, prompting, limitations, privacy, and useful business applications.

Best for: Whole teams, mixed experience, or a first session before department training.

  • What generative AI is good at — and where it is confidently wrong
  • Prompting with context, examples and a clear output
  • What data should never go into which tool
  • Ten everyday tasks to try the next morning

02

Microsoft Copilot Training

Practical applications involving Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other supported Microsoft 365 capabilities, subject to the client’s licenses.

Best for: Organizations on Microsoft 365, with or without Copilot add-on licenses.

  • Copilot Chat vs. Microsoft 365 Copilot — what your licenses actually include
  • Drafting and summarizing in Word and Outlook
  • Analysing and explaining data in Excel
  • Meeting recaps and follow-ups in Teams

03

ChatGPT & Claude for Business

Research, document analysis, professional writing, spreadsheets, structured workflows, and agentic tools where available.

Best for: Teams already using ChatGPT or Claude, or deciding between them.

  • Reading long documents and contracts with care
  • Repeatable prompts, projects and custom instructions
  • Spreadsheet and data analysis with checks
  • ChatGPT Work and Claude Cowork for multi-step tasks, where your plan includes them

04

Department-Specific AI Training

Examples for administration, management, finance, HR, customer support, operations, and quality teams.

Best for: A single department that wants examples from its own work, not generic demos.

  • Administration: scheduling, correspondence, document clean-up
  • Finance: variance commentary, reconciliations prep, policy look-ups
  • HR: job postings, onboarding material, policy drafts
  • Operations & quality: SOPs, inspection notes, CAPA write-ups

05

AI Adoption & Governance

Responsible use, employee guidance, privacy considerations, workflow policies, and ongoing adoption support.

Best for: Leadership teams, managers and anyone responsible for policy or privacy.

  • A plain-language AI use guideline for staff
  • Which tools are approved, for which data
  • Review and sign-off rules for AI-assisted work
  • Follow-up sessions as tools and habits change

Learning outcomes

What people can do afterwards.

  1. 1.Use the AI tools you already have for real tasks, not demos.
  2. 2.Write prompts that give consistent, checkable results.
  3. 3.Recognize errors, made-up facts and weak reasoning in AI output.
  4. 4.Know what information is and isn’t appropriate to share with each tool.
  5. 5.Leave with a short list of tasks each person will hand to AI next week.

Questions

About our training.

Is the training generic or built around our work?

Built around your work. Before a session we ask for a few typical tasks, documents or reports (with anything sensitive removed) and design exercises around them.

How do we request a proposal?

Book a short call and tell us the team, the tools you have and what you want people to be able to do. We follow up with a written proposal and scope.

Can training be covered by government funding?

Some programs share the cost of eligible instructor-led training. Eligibility is decided by the program for each employer, course and provider. See our funding page for what we verified and the official links.

Tell us about your team. We’ll send a training proposal.

Who needs training, which tools you use, and what you want people to be able to do. That’s enough to start.
